Zambrero, the popular Mexican-inspired, fresh food restaurant, officially opens in Corrib Oil, Cloonalour, this Friday, May 31st, with the first 100 customers receiving a free Zambrero burrito!
Locals and visitors to Tralee can look forward to a fresh addition to their lunch or dinner rotation, with the restaurant offering a range of burritos, bowls and nachos with tasty protein options and a variety of fillings and sauces. Vegan and vegetarian options are also on the menu. The first lucky 100 customers to Zambrero in Corrib Oil in Cloonalour this Friday, the 31st, from 11 am will enjoy a free burrito, while after that, the store will run a 2-for-1 offer until 10 pm that evening.
Darragh Fanning, General Manager of Zambrero in Ireland, said, “It’s great to bring Zambrero to another major town in Ireland and a new county as we continue to grow Zambrero right across the country. It’s great to team up with Corrib Oil in Tralee. It is a busy location for locals and tourists. We are looking forward to being part of the community in Tralee”.
In addition to offering healthy Mexican cuisine, Zambrero remains dedicated to its Plate 4 Plate initiative, which ensures that for every burrito or bowl purchased, a meal is donated to someone in need through Zambrero’s distribution partner, Rise Against Hunger. With each meal sold at Zambrero Tralee, customers can contribute to this impactful program and help fight global hunger.
Zambrero won Silver at the Just Eat Awards 2023, winning the second-best Mexican restaurant in Ireland. Zambrero were recently among four finalists nominated for the Deliveroo “Beating Heart of the Community” Award, acknowledging the stores’ positive impact on local communities.
The new store is located in Corrib Oil, Cloonalour, Tralee, Kerry, V92 K7DH. It will open each day from 11 am until 10 pm, Monday through Sunday.
