The team at Gather & Gather Ireland and Overends Kitchen at Airfield Estate has added a third date, Thursday 28th September, to the Bech-Bailey residency later this month after the first two dates sold out within minutes of launching. Tickets for Thursday 28th will go on sale at 5 pm sharp today.
Jordan and Majken are the dynamic young husband and wife team behind Aimsir, the fastest straight to two-Michelin stars in the Great Britain and Ireland Guide. A five-course feast menu has been designed by Jordan for this special three-night residency at Overends. Showcasing the very best organic and seasonal ingredients from Airfield Estate. The five-course feast menu is priced at €95 per person.
Majken said, “We are delighted with how fast the tickets have sold and thank you to everyone in Airfield and our guests for supporting us. We are both thrilled to add a third date and invite even more guests to Airfield”.
Tickets for Thursday 28th September are available from The Supper Club at Overends Kitchen from 5 p.m. on Wednesday 6th September.
Other Supper Club Series events include Surya Davies, Head of Sustainable Food Production at Airfield Estate working alongside Isobel Farrelly, Head Chef at Overends Kitchen who will create a truly farm-to-fork menu working with produce from the estate on November 9th. Closing out the year in December is a festive Supper Club, ‘An Alternative Christmas’ by Jess Murphy of Galway’s Kai Restaurant on 7th December. All tickets may be purchased from the Airfield Estate.
