Six by Nico unveils a new, interactive and immersive theme: ‘Murder on the Midnight Express’

Six by Nico, the creative dining concept famed for its ever-evolving six-course tasting menus, is set to launch its most immersive and innovative concept yet – ‘Murder on the Midnight Express’.

Join Six By Nico for a murderously tasty new experience, blending mystery and storytelling with food and drink, which defines a new level of customer engagement at a time when both restaurants and diners are facing mounting challenges.

You’ll be the detective in the ultimate whodunnit, where the chefs have crafted a series of thrilling dishes served with a side of clues for you to crack. Step aboard the Midnight Express and travel back to the 1930s to join the dots and unravel the mystery. Inspired by classic French cuisine, six delicious courses immerse you in a blood-curdling tale of foul play.

Nico Simeone, CEO and Founder of the Six Company says, “Murder on the Midnight Express’ is more than just a tasting menu; it’s a fully immersive journey that introduces ‘immersion’ to our creative framework, adding to our existing sources of inspiration that cover destinations, memories, and ideas”.

“We’ve always believed in pushing creative boundaries, and this new creative pillar of immersion adds something missing from the dining scene. It’s not just about food; it’s about giving our guests an experience for them to step into. From the moment they sit down, they are provided with clues and case files along with props and story-driven elements to solve the crime”.

The mystery unfolds with the first course, Crime Scene, a delicate goat’s cheese mousseline paired with salted and pickled raspberry and heirloom beetroot. Your journey continues in Room 36, where a smoked ham hough terrine, pork blanquette, tarragon oil, and vegetables à la grecque await. If the puzzle remains unsolved by the final stop, Coffee Lounge, you’ll be treated to tiramisu, chocolate cremeux, warm vanilla espuma, and coffee sponge to close the case.

Six By Nico has introduced an extended dining slot of 2.5 hours, giving their guests an additional 30 minutes to enjoy a more relaxed and immersive experience. To make this possible, operationally the brand has reduced its overall capacity by 15% – a decision that hopefully reflects a commitment to continually evolving the experience and prioritising customers and the value they deliver.

The Murder On The Midnight Express Menu runs from January 27th to March 9th. Six By Nico menus are six-course tasting menus, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives also available.
