Cava Bodega in Galway have just launched a competition which will see three runners up have their very own tapa recipe featured on the restaurants Specials menu for a week. The tapa creator that attracts most orders will win a trip for two to Spain plus have their dish listed on the next Cava Bodega menu.
All entrants need to do is create a tapa and post the recipe with the hashtag #TapasLife to either Twitter or Facebook. Tapa recipes can be complex using innovative cooking techniques or as simple as two beautifully complimentary ingredients. The imaginative and the whacky will also be considered.
So get your thinking sombrero on and get posting your spanish creations.
