Go Wild at Home with Wild Catering Now Available In Galway City
Wild Catering, the bespoke catering service, brings their latest food offering to Galway City with their ‘Wild At Home’ menu.
Wild Catering is a new company, set up during 2020 by chef Ryan Fitzpatrick, with the aim of serving the community and meeting needs in the current climate by offering a wide range of catering options. Wild Catering hopes to create extraordinary, unforgettable and seamless events from start to finish and ensure your event is catered beyond your expectation. With a focus on sourcing local Irish ingredients wherever possible, they use only the finest farms and food purveyors to ensure quality in every dish.
Their latest offering ‘Wild at Home’ offers private dining from the comfort of your own home. The Wild at Home menu changes each week to reflect the local Irish ingredients available at the time of cooking. Examples of dishes include; Hazelwood Bakery Sourdough with Cuinneog Butter, St Tola Goats Cheese Mousse with Beetroot, Orange Tartare & Roasted Hazelnuts, Pan-Fried Salmon with Pea & Spinach Risotto & Fennel Salad and Citrus Tart with Dehydrated Meringue.
All orders are cooked and chilled with clear instructions on the best method to reheat your meal. Wild Catering also share videos on their social media platforms with ideas and inspiration for how to plate each dish to make the most of your dining at home experience.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, chef-patron of Wild Catering, said “My passion for cooking began at a young age, where you would always find me in the kitchen. I was always intrigued by what you could do with the simplest ingredients. I had the pleasure to travel to France and Japan, working as a private chef in ski chalets, entertaining and cooking for house guests. It is from these experiences that my passion and interest for private dining began and the inspiration for Wild Catering”
The ‘Wild at Home’ menu is now available to order online with weekly collection in Oranmore and Galway Crystal. The ‘Wild at Home’ set menu costs €30 per person with vegetarian options available on request. Sets are available in limited quantities and can be ordered by emailing [email protected]
