Andy McFadden and his kitchen team have been inspired by the abundance of seasonal produce available throughout the summer months to create a special ‘Surprise Menu’ which is now available at Glovers Alley.
The Surprise Menu will change daily depending on what ‘surprise’ the kitchen team get from the suppliers. The four-course menu is a homage to seasonality and will vary based on which ingredients arrive into the kitchen that morning through the Glovers Alley suppliers. The result is a produce-led menu which showcases the best of seasonal, summer flavours.
Andy McFadden, Executive Head Chef, said, “The concept behind the Surprise Menu is to let the produce itself dictate what we serve that day. We work closely with some amazing local suppliers who will often spontaneously bring produce into the kitchen, and this new menu gives us the flexibility to create dishes using all of these ingredients each day. It is not only an exciting and creative process for us as chefs, but it’s a great opportunity for our customers to enjoy a whole host of seasonal dishes this summer, dishes which may not appear on our day-to-day menus.”
The cost of the Four Course Surprise Menu is €69 per person, or €120 with wine pairings, and it is available until the 31st of August.
