Phil Wood gives us a look at what he will be talking about at Food On the Edge 2015. He says “I would like to discuss the important rise of Soylent and the danger that we could one day become a society of have and have not when it comes to eating real food, when this basic necessity shouldn’t come with this question attached, how do we continue to convince people that the pleasures of the table are more than just providing our body with a fuel source.”
