Indulge in End of Summer ‘Guilty Pleasures’ or an Autumnal Culinary Trip To Shanghai

Six By Nico is inviting diners to indulge in their guilty pleasures with a six-course naughty but nice menu. Launching August 12th and running until September 1st, the Guilty Pleasures menu will satisfy all food cravings. Guilt-free enjoyment is encouraged, and a hunger for uniqueness is rewarded.

Guests can expect a twist on popular guilty pleasures dishes, including Cheeseburger and Chips, an unctuous beef tartare garnished with briny dill pickle, golden shoestring potatoes and a dusting of deliciously sharp parmesan cheese, the Nico Fried Chicken, a tender chicken thigh cloaked in our signature NFC crumb, accompanied by a moreish black garlic emulsion, charred corn and a robust gravy, and Warm Cookie Dough, a chewy hazelnut and chocolate cookie, creamy caramel ganache, warm cookie dough, rich praline ice cream and a tart raspberry sauce.

Three weeks later, from September 2nd to 22nd, you will be transported to Shanghai’s Haunghe Road via the Six By Nico Shanghai Menu. Inspired by Shanghai’s vibrant food scene, this menu captures Six By Nico’s interpretation of the culinary melting pot and serves mouth-watering dishes that will transport your taste buds.

Familiar dishes such as the “Steamed Bun” and “Satay” get the Six By Nico twist, with other courses featuring a Mushroom Pancake paired with friend enoki, togarashi dressing, pickled shimeji, charred spring onion, a Chinese Pork course is glazed pork belly, crispy spiced potsticker, chilli jam, broccoli, honey & soy jus, finishing off with Stem Ginger Creme, lime & lychee gel, coconut sorbet, honey tuile, fresh raspberry.

Nico Simeone, CEO and founder of Six By Nico, said, “This is a fun one for us and our guests, showcasing two different food offerings that are worlds apart. We are excited to see which menu comes out on top!”.

The Guilty Pleasures menu is available from August 12th to September 1st, and the Shanghai menu is available from September 2nd to 22nd. Six By Nico menus are six-course tasting menus, with vegetarian and vegan alternatives also available. Each tasting menu costs €55 per person, and the wine pairing option costs €40 per person.
