This Easter Weekend, Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden is celebrating the influx of the freshest, local Spring produce into its kitchen with a Special Easter Menu, available for lunch and dinner on Good Friday and Easter Saturday.
Andy McFadden and his team have created a four-course menu of beautifully presented dishes, each carefully crafted to ensure the best of each seasonal ingredient is brought to the fore.
Andy said, “We’re very excited about our Easter Menu which is a real celebration of the flavours of Spring and the abundance of wonderful produce available at this time of year. Each dish showcases one of my favourite Spring ingredients – it’s a real treat!”
The Four Course Easter Menu will include Wye Valley Asparagus, Hazelnut, Wild Garlic, Egg Yolk to start, followed by dishes of Dublin Bay Prawns, Brassicas, Hollandaise, Seaweed and Comeragh Mountain Lamb, ‘Ratatouille’. The meal will finish with Manjari Chocolate, Banana, Passion Fruit, Kaffir Lime.
The cost of the Four Course Easter Menu is €80 per person or €130 with wine pairings. The Easter Menu is available on Good Friday, the 19th of April, and Easter Saturday, the 20th of April.
