Andy McFadden is pairing up with London-based fellow Dublin chef Robin Gill for a collaborative dinner event to take place in Glovers Alley, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin on Wednesday the 29th of August that will feature dishes from Robin’s new book Larder.
Andy McFadden, who returned to Dublin at the start of the year to open up Glovers Alley after a successful 10-year career in Michelin star restaurants in London, said, “I met Robin in London and always enjoyed eating in his restaurants. I thought that now that I’m back home, it would be a great chance for us both to cook together in Dublin.”
The menu for the collaborative dinner will begin with snacks, then Robin’s own charcuterie served with signature bread by Glovers Alley, followed by a starter dish of Beet ‘Tartare”, Radish, Mustard & Truffle. A fish course will be followed by a mains dish named Lamb Feast taken from Robin’s celebrated new book Larder. Strawberry, Raspberry, Cream Cheese & White Chocolate will form the dessert course.
The four-course menu is priced at 80 euro per person and includes appetizers as well as petit fours and coffee.
